Programme Objective:
Upon completing this Certificate Programme, you will have a fair understanding of the certificate of programme in E-Commerce
Programme Duration:
The Programme Duration of this online Certificate is six months (180 days) from the date of registration. However, an average Learner can learn each Course in 60 hours (180 hours for the three Courses). Learners can log on for unlimited learning hours within the Programme Period of 6 months. The minimum hours of learning required for eligibility to take the Examination are 30 per Course.

Programme Content
  • LLMS is rich content for all Courses grouped in five Modules each. Every Module is populated with Reading Materials written and updated by experts from the industry, Links for additional reading, a Self-assessment test, and Forum for getting doubts clarified. In addition, critical topics in each Module have video lectures delivered by experts.

  • The Learner shall take the self-assessment test given in each Module after logging in for a minimum duration of 6 (six) hours. The self-assessment tests are provided to give testing experience; the marks scored by the Learner in the self-assessment test are not taken for passing.

    Programme Delivery
  • The Certificate Programme is delivered and assessed online at the Logistics Learning Management System. Online programmes are self-paced. There are no offline lectures or Personal Contact Sessions.

    Programme Examination
  • Online Examination is conducted to assess and certify the Learner. The Learner can take the Examination of a Course after completing the minimum hours of learning, i.e. 30 hours. The date and time of taking the Examination are at the option of the Learner, who can take the Examination on any day within the Programme Duration of 180 days. Taking the Examination at late hours on a Sunday or holidays is possible.

    Question Paper Pattern and Marks
  • Examination for each Course is conducted for a maximum mark of 100. Successful completion of each Course requires the Learner to score a minimum of 50 marks out of 100. The Learner gets an Academic Credit of 2 per Course on successful completion.

  • Section A of Question Paper for each Course comprises 50 Objective Type Questions with four choices of answers to choose the right answer.

  • Each correct answer fetches a score of 2 (two), while for wrong answers it will be 0.5(Minus 0.5).

It is one of the most challenging and cost-intensive parts of logistics, focusing on speed and accuracy. Efficient last mile services enhance customer satisfaction and build trust in the supply chain.
